How to do finger diagonal tracking

  1. Set

Sit or stand tall. Hold one index finger at arm’s length, at eye level. Keep your head still and keep the finger at the same distance.

  2. 1

Move your finger slowly toward the upper right. Follow it with your eyes.

  3. 2

Bring the finger back to eye level in front of you. Keep following it.

  4. 3

Move your finger slowly toward the lower left. Follow it with your eyes.

  5. 4

Return the finger to centre. Blink naturally and relax.

Take care. Use a small range and blink normally. Stop for pain, dizziness or double vision.
