How to do horizontal finger following

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Hold one index finger at arm's length and eye level. Keep the head still and the target at the same distance.

  2. 1

    Move the finger slowly to your left. Follow it with both eyes.

  3. 2

    Follow the finger back to centre. Keep your head still.

  4. 3

    Move the finger slowly to your right at the same height and distance.

  5. 4

    Follow it back to centre and blink naturally.

Take care. Keep the range small and blink naturally. Stop for eye pain, dizziness, blurred vision or double vision.
