How to do slow fingertip approach

  1. Set

Sit or stand tall. Hold one index fingertip at arm's length in front of your nose. Keep both eyes open and the target clear.

  2. 1

Bring the fingertip a little closer to your nose. Keep one clear image.

  3. 2

Move it a little closer only while it remains single and comfortable.

  4. 3

Move the finger back to arm's length and let your eyes relax.

Take care. Move the target only a little closer and keep it single. Move it away and stop if it doubles or causes strain. Do not touch the eyes.
