How to do two-finger gaze switch

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Hold both index fingers at arm’s length: one slightly above and to your left, the other below and to your right. Keep your head still.

  2. 1

    Look directly at the upper-left fingertip. Keep both hands still.

  3. 2

    Switch to the lower-right fingertip. Move only your eyes.

  4. 3

    Look back at the upper-left fingertip. Keep the targets fixed.

  5. 4

    Switch once more to the lower-right fingertip.

  6. 5

    Look ahead between your fingers. Blink naturally.

Take care. Use a small range and blink normally. Stop for pain, dizziness or double vision.
