How to do vertical finger following

  1. Set

Sit or stand tall. Hold one index finger in front of you at arm's length. Move it a small distance above and below eye level.

  2. 1

Lift the finger a little above eye level and follow it with your eyes.

  3. 2

Follow the finger back to eye level. Keep your chin still.

  4. 3

Lower the finger a little below eye level. Move only the eyes with it.

  5. 4

Follow the finger back to centre and blink naturally.

Take care. Keep the range small and blink naturally. Stop for eye pain, dizziness, blurred vision or double vision.
