How to do inner foot edge press

  1. Set

    Sit upright with heels supported. Bring the inner borders of both forefeet together. Keep your knees relaxed and facing forward.

    Press the inner borders of your forefeet gently together. Keep your heels supported.

  3. 2

    Hold the light ankle effort. Keep the toes long and the knees still.

  4. 3

    Release the pressure while keeping the foot borders touching.

Take care. Use light pressure at the ankles. Keep the knees still and do not curl the toes. Stop if you feel pain.
