How to do seated sole stretch

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair. Rest the working ankle across the other thigh. Support the heel with one hand.

  2. 1

    Hold the base of the toes and draw them gently toward the shin.

  3. 2

    Hold a light stretch along the sole. Keep the heel supported.

  4. 3

    Release the toes slowly and relax the foot.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
