How to do towel-assisted inward ankle tilt

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair with the knee bent. Support the heel. Loop a towel around the forefoot and hold both ends.

  2. 1

    Pull the inner towel end a little to guide the relaxed sole inward. Keep the knee still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
