How to do seated towel calf stretch

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair. Extend the working leg with the heel on the floor. Loop a towel around the ball of the bare foot.

    Draw the towel ends gently toward you. Let the toes point toward the shin.

  3. 2

    Hold a light calf stretch. Keep the knee softly straight and heel down.

  4. 3

    Ease the towel forward and relax the ankle.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
