How to do forward lunges

  1. Set

    Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart.

  2. 1

    Step one foot forward into a comfortable stance.

  3. 2

    Lower your hips while keeping your front foot flat.

  4. 3

    Press through your front foot to stand.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a wall or chair for balance and keep the range small if needed.
