How to do chair-supported hamstring stretch

  1. Set

    Stand beside a stable, non-rolling chair and place one heel on the seat.

  2. 1

    Place one heel on the chair with your leg long.

  3. 2

    Lean forward gently from your hips.

  4. 3

    Breathe normally and keep the stretch light.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep the chair still and use a lower support if the stretch feels too strong.
