How to do blocked finger closing

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Keep the working index and middle fingers long and slightly apart. Put the other index finger between them near their middle joints.

  2. 1

    Press the two working fingers lightly toward the blocking finger. Keep all joints relaxed.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
