How to do blocked thumb extension

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Keep the working wrist straight. Rest the other index on the back of the raised thumb near its tip.

  2. 1

    Try to straighten the whole thumb against the blocking finger. Keep the thumb tip relaxed and the wrist straight.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
