How to do light key pinch

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Hold the working hand with a straight wrist. Curl the fingers loosely and keep the thumb outside.

  2. 1

    Press the thumb pad lightly against the side of the index finger, as if holding a key.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Release the effort slowly. Keep the support in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
