How to do straight fist
- Set
Sit or stand tall. Raise the working hand with a straight wrist. Keep the thumb relaxed outside the fingers.

Bend the base and middle finger joints. Keep the end joints straight.

Hold a loose straight fist. Keep the thumb outside and the fingertips relaxed.

Open the hand slowly. Keep the wrist straight.

Switch sides and repeat.
Take care. Use small, comfortable movements. Do not force a joint. Stop if you feel pain.
