How to do supported finger straightening

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Use the other hand to hold the working index base knuckle gently bent. Let its two end joints bend loosely.

  2. 1

    Straighten the two end joints of the working index finger. Keep its base knuckle bent and supported.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
