How to do thumb circles

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Make a loose fist with the working hand. Let the thumb point up. Keep the wrist straight.

  2. 1

    Move the thumb through a small circle. Keep the fingers still.

  3. 2

    Continue the small circle. Keep the thumb joints relaxed.

  4. 3

    Return to the start. Keep the wrist still.

  5. 4

    Make a small circle in the other direction. Keep the fingers still.

  6. 5

    Continue the reverse circle. Keep the wrist straight.

  7. 6

    Return to the start. Relax the thumb.

  8. Switch sides and repeat.
