How to do supported thumb tip bend

  1. Set

    Sit or stand tall. Keep the working wrist straight. Hold the thumb below its tip joint with your other hand.

  2. 1

    Bend only the thumb tip toward the palm.

  3. 2

    Hold a small bend. Keep the thumb base still.

  4. 3

    Straighten the thumb tip slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
