How to do incline push-ups

  1. Set

    Place your hands on a stable desk, chair, or step.

  2. 1

    Set your hands on the surface and walk your feet back.

  3. 2

    Bend your elbows and lower your chest to the surface.

  4. 3

    Press the surface away to return.

Take care. Raise the surface or choose another exercise if your shoulders feel uncomfortable.
