How to do kickstand hip hinge

  1. Set

    Put the working foot flat in front. Rest the other toes a short distance behind it.

  2. 1

    Move your hips back and hinge forwards over the front leg.

  3. 2

    Keep the rear toes down for light support. Keep your back long.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
