How to do leg swings

  1. Set

    Stand beside a stable wall with space in front and behind you.

  2. 1

    Shift your weight onto one foot.

  3. 2

    Swing the other leg forward and back with control.

  4. 3

    Keep your torso steady and use a smooth rhythm.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Hold the wall and keep the swing small if your balance is uncertain.
