How to do small quarter-turn steps

  1. Set

    Stand with feet apart and arms relaxed. Clear a small space around you. Keep the knees soft.

    Use two small steps to turn your whole body a quarter turn to the right. Lift and replant each foot.

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

    Return slowly to the start position.
