How to do lying alternating arm lowers

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with feet flat. Reach both straight arms towards the ceiling.

  2. 1

    Lower one straight arm overhead while the other arm stays up.

  3. 2

    Bring that arm up. Lower the other arm overhead without lifting your ribs.

  4. 3

    Bring both arms above your shoulders again.
