How to do seated ankle side tilts

  1. Set

    Sit tall in a stable chair. Lift your working foot a little off the floor.

  2. 1

    Tilt the sole of your lifted foot inward.

  3. 2

    Tilt the sole of your lifted foot outward.

  4. 3

    Return your foot to the starting position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
