How to do seated ankle slides

  1. Set

    Sit tall in a stable chair with both feet flat on the floor.

  2. 1

    Slide your foot backward under the chair.

  3. 2

    Slide a little farther if comfortable, then hold gently.

  4. 3

    Slide your foot forward to release the stretch.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your heel flat. Stop before pain or a strong stretch. Do not force the foot back.
