How to do seated outward hip turn

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair with both knees bent. Keep your knees a little apart.

  2. 1

    Keep the working knee still and move that foot gently towards the centre.

  3. 2

    Keep your pelvis level. Move the foot from the hip, without turning the ankle.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
