How to do upper-back extension over a chair

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair with its back below your shoulder blades. Cross your arms over your chest. Keep both feet flat.

    Lean your upper back gently over the chair back. Keep your hips still.

  3. 2

    Hold the small stretch above the support. Keep your neck comfortable.

    Return slowly to upright sitting.
