How to do hand-blocked elbow press

  1. Set

    Sit or stand upright. Bend the working elbow and put the other hand on top of that wrist.

  2. 1

    Gently try to straighten the working elbow while the other hand blocks it.

  3. 2

    Keep the upper arm beside your ribs. Keep both hands in contact without movement.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing slowly. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
