How to do side-lying leg raises

  1. Set

    Lie on one side with your legs straight.

  2. 1

    Support your head and keep your waist long.

  3. 2

    Raise the top leg toward the ceiling.

  4. 3

    Lower it slowly without resting.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your hips stacked and use a range you can control.
