How to do single-leg glute bridges

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with one knee bent and the other leg extended.

  2. 1

    Press your lower back into the floor.

  3. 2

    Press through the bent foot and lift your hips.

  4. 3

    Lower your hips slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your hips level and use a smaller lift if your back feels uncomfortable.
