How to do split squats

  1. Set

    Step into a split stance with your feet hip-width apart.

  2. 1

    Set your feet in a comfortable split stance.

  3. 2

    Lower your hips straight down.

  4. 3

    Press through the front foot to stand.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your front knee over your foot and use a smaller range if needed.
