How to do opposite hand and knee touch

  1. Set

    Stand tall with feet under your hips and arms relaxed. Make room in front of you for a low knee lift.

  2. 1

    Lift your right knee and touch it lightly with your left palm.

  3. 2

    Lower the foot and let both arms relax.

  4. 3

    Lift your left knee and touch it lightly with your right palm.

  5. 4

    Lower the foot. Repeat the opposite hand and knee touches slowly.

Take care. Lift only as high as comfortable. Turn the chest a little and keep your back long. Stop for pain or poor balance.
