How to do small standing hip circles

  1. Set

Stand with feet slightly wider than your hips and knees soft. Rest your hands on your hips. Keep your head above the centre of your feet.

  2. 1

Move your hips a little to your right. Keep both feet down.

  3. 2

Continue the small circle by moving the hips a little back.

  4. 3

Move the hips a little to your left. Keep your head centred.

  5. 4

Complete the circle with a small forward shift. Repeat smoothly.

Take care. Use a small circle. Keep both soles down and avoid a deep back arch. Stop if you feel pain.
