How to do standing quad stretch

  1. Set

    Stand tall near a stable support.

  2. 1

    Bend one knee and bring your heel toward your seat.

  3. 2

    Stand tall while you hold your foot.

  4. 3

    Breathe normally and keep the stretch comfortable.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
