How to do standing triangle side stretch

  1. Set

    Stand with feet wide and both knees soft. Turn the working foot outward and open both arms sideways.

  2. 1

    Reach over the working leg and rest that hand lightly on its thigh. Raise the other arm toward the ceiling.

  3. 2

    Keep both legs long and your chest open. Look forward if looking up is uncomfortable.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
