How to do step-ups

  1. Set

    Stand in front of a stable step or chair.

  2. 1

    Place one foot on the step.

  3. 2

    Press through the top foot to stand tall.

  4. 3

    Step down with control.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a stable step and keep it low enough to control.
