How to do supported tree balance

  1. Set

    Stand on the working foot beside a stable chair. Hold the chair with the working hand.

  2. 1

    Place the free sole against the inside of the standing calf, below the knee.

  3. 2

    Keep the pelvis level and the free knee gently outward. Do not press the sole onto the knee.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
