How to do move the thumb across the palm

  1. Set

    Sit or stand comfortably at a desk. Rest your forearm on it with your palm facing up.

  2. 1

    Move your thumb slowly across your palm toward the base of your little finger.

  3. 2

    Hold your thumb across your palm without forcing it to touch your little finger.

  4. 3

    Return your thumb beside your palm.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
