How to do walking lunges

  1. Set

    Stand tall with room to step forward.

  2. 1

    Step one foot forward into a comfortable stance.

  3. 2

    Lower your back knee toward the floor.

  4. 3

    Step through to the other side.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep your steps short and hold a wall if you need balance.
