How to do wall-lean knee lifts

  1. Set

    Put both palms on a solid wall. Step back and lean forwards with straight arms.

  2. 1

    Lift the working knee towards your hip height.

  3. 2

    Keep your body in one line. Keep both palms and the supporting foot fixed.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
