How to do warrior one hold

  1. Set

    Stand in a long split stance with the working foot forward and rear heel down at a slight outward angle.

  2. 1

    Bend the front knee and raise both arms overhead while your chest faces forward.

  3. 2

    Keep the knee over the foot and the rear leg long. Use a shallow bend.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing normally. Hold a comfortable position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
