How to do supported heel walking

  1. Set

Stand beside a clear wall with one hand touching it. Lift the fronts of both feet and keep your weight on the heels.

  2. 1

Take two or three small steps on your heels. Keep both forefeet lifted.

  3. 2

Lower both forefeet. Walk normally back, then lift the forefeet again.

Take care. Take small slow steps and keep wall contact. Lower the feet if balance becomes unsteady. Stop if you feel pain.
