How to do single-leg calf raises

  1. Set

    Stand beside a stable wall and use it for balance.

  2. 1

    Shift your weight onto one foot.

  3. 2

    Lift that heel and pause briefly.

  4. 3

    Lower the heel with control.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Keep one hand on the wall if your balance is uncertain.
