How to do band outward shoulder turns

    Hold a light band between your hands. Bend both elbows at your sides with palms inward.

    Move both hands apart while your elbows stay against your ribs.

  3. 2

    Turn at your shoulders. Keep your elbows bent and wrists straight.

  4. 3

    Bring both hands forward again while your elbows stay at your ribs.
