How to do supported toe walking

  1. Set

Stand beside a clear wall and touch it with one hand. Rise a little onto the balls of both feet.

  2. 1

Take two or three small steps on the balls of your feet. Keep both heels raised.

  3. 2

Lower both heels. Walk normally back, then rise a little again.

Take care. Keep the heels only slightly raised. Take small slow steps with wall support. Stop for pain or poor balance.
