How to do seated knee glide over foot

  1. Set

    Sit upright in a stable chair, with room to move forward on the seat. Keep the working foot flat below the knee. Put the other foot slightly farther forward. Rest your hands beside your hips.

  2. 1

    Move your hips a little forward on the seat. Keep the working foot flat and still.

  3. 2

    Pause in the easy bend. Keep both thighs on the seat.

  4. 3

    Move your hips back to the first seat position. Keep both feet in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Move a small distance on the seat. Keep both feet in place and both thighs supported. Stop if you feel pain.
