How to do foot-assisted knee extension

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair. Place the other foot beneath the working ankle. Keep both thighs supported.

  2. 1

    Use the other foot to lift and straighten the relaxed working knee. Do not lock the knee.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
