How to do seated knee extension

  1. Set

    Sit tall on a stable chair. Keep both feet flat and your hands on your thighs.

  2. 1

    Slowly straighten the working knee. Keep your thigh on the seat.

  3. 2

    Hold with a small bend in the knee. Keep your toes up.

  4. 3

    Lower the foot slowly to the floor.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a stable chair without wheels. Do not lock the knee or move through pain.
