How to do foot-assisted knee bend

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair. Place the other ankle in front of the working ankle. Keep both thighs on the seat.

  2. 1

    Use the other foot to guide the working foot gently back under the chair. Keep your hips still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
