How to do small backward steps

  1. Set

    Stand beside a clear wall and touch it with one hand. Check that the space behind you is clear. Face along the wall.

    Take two or three short backward steps. Keep looking ahead.

  3. 2

    Take small forward steps back to the start. Keep your hand on the wall.

Take care. Take small slow steps and keep looking ahead. Slide your hand along the wall. Stop if your balance is not steady.
